CID Season 2 Episode 4
The episode begins with Inspector Avni discovering that her childhood friend, Amisha, is covered in blood and has been attacked by someone. Amisha tells her that the person who attacked her is the director of Jyoti Theatre, and it was a woman who assaulted her. There is also a blood-stained knife found at the scene. Avni immediately calls Pooja and informs her of the incident, sending Amisha’s photo along with the details. During this time, Amisha suddenly attacks Avni with a bottle, knocking her unconscious.
When the CID team arrives at Jyoti Theatre, they meet the director, Sheena, who looks identical to Amisha. Sheena reveals that she is Amisha’s twin sister. Sheena further explains that Amisha was kidnapped in 2004 when she was 8 years old. After the kidnapping, Amisha’s mental state deteriorated significantly, and she began blaming her sister, Sheena. Sheena was married and had a daughter, Naira. Amisha started to see Naira as her own daughter.

Avni regains consciousness and informs the CID team that Amisha has escaped after the attack. Sheena’s daughter, Naira, also goes missing, which causes Sheena to become terrified. The CID team, along with Sheena, starts searching for Naira, and it is soon discovered that Naira has been kidnapped. When the CID team visits a psychiatrist, they learn that he hasn’t seen Amisha in months, but Amisha’s call was found as a missed call on his phone.
The CID team reaches a chawl and locates Amisha’s house. There, they find the body of Dr. Yuvan, and it is discovered that Amisha no longer has the tattoo on her hand that she used to have. The investigation reveals that the real Amisha had died 12 years ago. The woman claiming to be Amisha was suffering from multiple personality disorder and had combined the personalities of both Sheena and herself.

During interrogation, the CID team uncovers that Amisha had kidnapped Naira because she was angry with Avni. Naira is rescued, but the case remains complex. It is later revealed that both Sheena and Amisha were plotting to take revenge on Dr. Yuvan. Dr. Yuvan had mentally incapacitated Amisha, which led her to commit suicide. Sheena’s motive for revenge was because Dr. Yuvan had caused her sister Amisha’s death.
This case unfolds into a larger, complicated mystery, where the CID team uncovers both sisters’ personality disorders and their revenge scheme. In the end, the CID team successfully rescues Naira and solves the mystery.
