This story is about Dr Siang and his daughter Somi, who is suffering from a rare heart disease. When Somi gets a new heart, Siyang thinks his daughter’s life will now return to normal. But what they don’t realize is that the heart given to Somi is not that of a human being, but that of an ancient demon.

Part One: Strange Events in the Hospital
Somi’s operation is successful, but mysterious events soon begin happening in the hospital morgue. Strange noises start coming from the freezer room, and one day, the freezer door opens on its own. A staff nurse present there felt as if someone had placed a hand on her neck.
Doctor Siang is deeply shocked by Somi’s death, but when he goes to the hospital to see Somi’s face, he finds that strange black marks have started appearing on her body.
Part Two: The Secret of the Demon
Siyang learns that the heart given to Somi belonged to a Russian girl. But that girl’s history was scary. The girl died in a mysterious fire, and it is said that her heart was cursed. This heart was inhabited by a demon called the “Butterfly King”, who swallows the soul of his victim.
Part Three: Terror in the Crematorium
When Somi’s family reaches the crematorium to bury her, strange incidents begin to happen there. The coffin suddenly becomes so heavy that no one can lift it. Just then Somi’s body rises from the coffin and starts floating in the air. The family members run away in fear, but Doctor Siang stays and tries to save his daughter.
Part Four: Father Wang’s Entry
Father Wang, an experienced priest, is called. Wang explains that the butterfly king has entered Somi’s body. Siang will have to make a huge sacrifice to defeat him.
Father Wang and Siang begin prayers together, but the demon begins to confuse everyone with his power. Somi’s screams break Dr Siang’s heart.
Part Five: Truth and Sacrifice
The demon tries to seduce Siang. He says that if Siang gives up his life, his daughter can be saved. Siang is shocked to learn that the heart which was given to Somi was actually for Siang. But he had given her this heart to save his daughter’s life.
In the end, Siang decides to destroy the demon by giving his life. He surrenders his soul into the hands of the Butterfly King.
Final scene:
The demon is destroyed, and Somi returns to her life. But in the last scene of the film, a mysterious butterfly is shown flying into Somi’s room. This indicates that the demon was not completely destroyed.
Main message:
There is unique power in love and sacrifice, but every donation has a price. Fear and superstition may pull us towards darkness, but facing the truth is the real victory.
